How to Bail Someone Out
To bail someone out, just give us a call and provide us with their name, birth date and the date and time of their arrest. If you don’t have all of this information, don’t worry, we can still help you out. Once we locate the defendant in the jail system and verify their eligibility for bail, we will provide you with our bail bond application forms and indemnitor’s agreement. All of our forms are straightforward and to the point, but if you have any questions, we’re always happy to go over them with you.
