Chris BrownAccording to Los Angeles Assistant District Attorney Jackie Lacey, Chris Brown allegedly faked community service logs. As yet, there has been no verifiable evidence shown to prove any of Brown’s community service hours have been served, let alone corroborate his claim that all 1,400 hours have been completed.

In the high-profile case in August of 2009 in which Chris Brown plead no contest to a felony battery charge against his then-girlfriend Rihanna. As a sentence, Brown was given five years probation, 180 days of labor-oriented community service and ordered to complete a one year long domestic violence class.

Brown was allowed to complete his community service in the State of Virginia where he owned a home.

A report was filed by Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray asking the judge not to accept Brown’s community service hours due to “sloppy documentation and, at worst, fraudulent reporting.”

After noticing discrepancies in the reporting hours, prosecutors sent investigators to Virgina where they uncovered some more evidence. On dates and times when Brown reported doing his community service hours, other evidence placed him at a variety of different locations including: attending an event in Washington D.C., disembarking from an airplane after a return flight from Dubai and traveling via private jet to Cancun.

Prosecutors are hoping to  have the judge to decline Brown’s supposed community service completed in Virgina and instead order him to complete the work in Los Angeles County where it can be monitored by local authorities.
